• Garden Gables rental is June through September
• Rental is the property Thursday through Sunday of your event week
• $2000 for ceremony only option
• 200 person capacity outdoor lawn space
• 40' x 80' covered pavilion for seated events
• 20' x 40' tent included in fee
• 40' x 60' wood-floored barn & concrete band stage
• Public and client restrooms
• Parking available onsite
• $500 deposit required with contract
• A list of preferred vendors is provided with a signed contract

*Special pricing available for more intimate events (think of us for bridal and baby showers, engagement parties, etc.)
